Daniel Schlager President of GO N GET IT LLC, a Jupiter Based Leadership Development and Performance Coaching Consultancy, “Coach Dan” has a passion for bringing teams together and helping people recognize and realize their God given potential. This passion has taken several twists and turns. Early in his career he spent time as a personal trainer at LA Fitness before opening his owner very own training facility where he began to develop his “Go N Get It” Philosophy in Jupiter, Fl.
In 2011, Dan’s passion for helping young men became intertwined with his passion for coaching football. The result of these colliding passions was a very unlikely Pop Warner Super Bowl Championship for the team Dan coached, the Jupiter Mustangs.
Dan Schlager doesn't just preach his philosophy – he lives it. Against odds and, in the face of critics and traditionalists, Dan’s Pop Warner Midget team finished 17-0 winning a Treasure Coast League Championship, outscoring their conference opponents 355-0, a Southeastern Regions Championship, and Pop Warner National Championship in 12-15 year old Midget division. Dan and his team achieved the unachievable. But Dan doesn't teach just football. His success lies in his ability to inspire and motivate his players to learn and master key skills on the football field…and to carry them over into life. It’s never about the best players….Its about the best attitudes, work ethic, commitment, discipline and respect.
As Dan continues his positive involvement in youth sports, he has also become a John Maxwell Certified Teacher, Speaker and sought-after Coach to business, church and youth groups.
